DAS
Also called Delayed Auto Shift
The delay after holding left or right before automatic horizontal repetition starts. The first sideways step happens immediately; ARR governs subsequent repeats. Very low DAS can make unintended movement easier.

One immediate step → wait for DAS → repeat steps at the ARR interval. At ARR zero, repetition travels instantly to the obstruction.
