PPS →
Pieces placed divided by elapsed seconds. It measures speed, not placement quality. A slower run with cleaner decisions can beat a faster run that creates holes.
APP →
Attack divided by pieces placed. It describes attack efficiency: playing faster can raise APM without improving APP. Compare matches with the same attack rules.
Plonk →
Community slang for deliberately accepting garbage and using it to produce a counterattack, often at a measured pace. It describes a style, not a formal rule or a guarantee that tanking is safe.
