Misdrop →
An unintended placement or orientation. It differs from a strategic mistake, where the piece lands where intended but leaves a poor board. Recovery starts by identifying what access the misplaced piece blocks.
Recovery →
Changing priorities to repair an awkward board and restore usable access after a mistake or broken plan. The selected coach handles recovery within its own mode; it need not preserve a setup at the expense of survival.
